When I select a Data Path (shapefile location) an error occurs: Access Denied to C:\Program Files ( x86)....
I tried to turn off Windows Firewall and Antivirus but I had no luck. Can you help me?

Try launching the application with Administrator rights. Right click on the main executable file, then select Run as Administrator. Now you will be able to access system files (Program Files, Windows, etc.).
